Return policy

You may return your purchase for any reason within 5 days after receiving your merchandise for a full refund or exchange. All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached.� All shipping is non-refundable. If you exchange an item we will assume the new shipping cost. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for purchase.

All returns must be pre-authorized by whalehawklabs.com by emailing a return request to: info@whalehawklabs.com. Once we receive your request, we will e-mail you letting you know we received the request. All returns authorized by whalehawklabs.com are subject to inspection to insure that the item is unworn and unused.

For returns, please include a copy of the original invoice and any reason for the return.

For exchanges, please include a copy of the original invoice and the reason for the exchange, as well as the product number and size for which you are exchanging your original item.
